The depth of this series is designed to untangle false beliefs, to uncover & restore the aspects of the feminine that have been broken, given away, lost or misunderstood.

Each week, through traditional teachings of Yoga and modern science of the body & mind, we will establish a deeper relationship with self.

Remembering the art of honoring the cycles and explore what aspects this wise & intuitive nature needs tending to.

Discovery of the hormonal, emotional & energetic systems that govern the feminine journey.

Gaining an understanding for how natural cycles weave throughout daily life, impacting the way we move, breathe & feel.


Each week will include
